Who is Rachel Solomon?

Rachel Solomon brought a background in finance and economics to Boarderie, the charcuterie board delivery company she co-founded with Aaron Menitoff in Florida's Palm Beach area. The business grew out of a pandemic pivot: when Menitoff's catering company could no longer serve events, the team began selling ready-to-serve cheese and charcuterie boards online, first through Goldbelly in late 2020, before formally launching Boarderie in 2021. Solomon, who serves as co-CEO and chief marketing officer, leads marketing and growth. The brand's baked brie board was named to Oprah's Favorite Things in November 2022, and the same month Solomon and Menitoff appeared on Shark Tank Season 14, where they received four offers.

They chose Lori Greiner, who improved her terms after a competing bid from Mark Cuban. Boarderie had passed $1 million in annual sales in 2022; after the episode it briefly hit $1 million a week and had to scramble for supply. The company has since added seasonal, vegan and gluten-free boards, set a Guinness World Record for the largest charcuterie board, and, according to Greiner, surpassed $50 million in sales.
