Who is Bob Legg?

Bob (Robert) Legg has been building hunting gear since the 1980s, when he noticed ducks reacting to ripples on Palestine Lake in East Texas and began making motion duck decoys, selling hundreds through hunting magazines. Years later he reconnected with Keith Lindsey, and the two revived the idea as Air Boss Motion Decoys in Jacksonville, Texas, which sells moving waterfowl decoys, deer attractants and hunting accessories. When Lindsey came up with a strap that supports a hunter's weight against a tree while relieving himself outdoors, Legg backed it. They launched the Krapp Strapp in October 2022; a social media video drew more than a million views within days, and the product sold about 4,000 units by year's end with no paid advertising.

At 81, Legg pitched on Shark Tank Season 15 with Lindsey, asking $65,000 for 10%. After a back-and-forth in which Legg countered at 25%, they closed with Lori Greiner and Daymond John at $65,000 for 33.3%. The company also introduced the Tinkle Strapp, a version designed for women, and sells online through Air Boss.
