Who is David Sanborn?
David Sanborn is an Alpharetta, Georgia, entrepreneur who co-founded Kiid Coffee with his young son, Ethan. A former student-athlete, he graduated from Georgia Tech in 2008 with a degree in polymer and fiber engineering and has launched several startups while holding a full-time job. Kiid Coffee began when the family wanted a nutritious alternative to sugary drinks and Ethan took to milk mixed with his father's black coffee. Sanborn went through more than 100 recipe iterations to create a powdered drink made with organic, water-decaffeinated coffee and added vitamins and minerals, with less caffeine than hot chocolate or soda and no sugar.
