Who is Enda Crowley?
Enda Crowley is an Irish-born construction manager in New York who co-founded Taverns-To-Go, which builds and installs prefabricated backyard bars. He earned a bachelor of science and an advanced diploma in project management from NYU, holds LEED Green Associate and OSHA 30-hour certifications, and has served as a vice president at Clune Construction Company. In April 2020, during the pandemic lockdowns, he and fellow Irishman Paul Convey drew on their building experience and their love of the Irish pub to launch the company, spending a couple of hundred dollars on the first bar. Customers customize a bar online, and crews deliver and assemble it in under 90 minutes; options include TVs, refrigerators and kegerators.
The company has built more than 4,000 bars from production sites in California, Florida and New Jersey and reported $2.2 million in sales at the time of its Shark Tank pitch in Season 16. The founders asked for $400,000 for 10%. Lori Greiner offered $400,000 for 15% plus a per-unit royalty, and they accepted. Taverns-To-Go delivers and installs bars nationwide.
