Who is Andrea Gluck?

Andrea Gluck is the business partner who joined sisters Jenny Hutt and Stacy Fritz in building Bunny Eyez, the brand of tiltable, flippable reading glasses. Described as a friend of the founders, she brought business experience to the project in its earliest stage. In 2017 she traveled to China to visit production facilities and helped turn the sisters' rough concept, first mocked up with a broken pair of glasses and chopsticks, into working prototypes within about four to five weeks.

Bunny Eyez launched in 2018 and had passed $5 million in lifetime sales before its Shark Tank appearance. Gluck pitched with the sisters in Season 15, where they asked for $200,000 for 10% and accepted Daymond John's offer of $200,000 for 20% plus a $2-per-pair royalty, dropping to 15% after he recouped his money. The brand continues to sell readers, sunglasses and blue-light glasses online and on Amazon.

The entrepreneurs walked away with a deal from Daymond John: $200,000 for 20%. That put the final valuation at $1M, 50% below what they originally asked for. The deal included a royalty.
