Who is Fletcher Pease?
Fletcher Pease is a co-founder of Rekkie, the Cincinnati smart snow goggle company he started with his brothers Henry and David. He previously worked as an investment banker. The brothers grew up skiing together, and Rekkie began after Henry got separated from his group on a ski trip, prompting goggles that show a heads-up display and let skiers locate and talk to friends. Fletcher leads sales, finance and accounting at the company and manages other business interests alongside it. The founders put about $200,000 of their own money into the venture, added a $40,000 grant and launched in late 2022, reporting around $175,000 in sales by the end of that year.
On Shark Tank in Season 15 they asked for $300,000 for 10%. Mark Cuban countered at $300,000 for 15%, and the brothers talked him down to 12.5%. As of 2024 there was no public evidence the deal had closed. Rekkie continues to sell its goggles direct online and released the Spekter 2.0 in early 2025.
